AGREEMENT BETWEEN USERS/Clients AND ReedReviews.org

The ReedReviews.org Web Site is comprised of various Web pages operated by ReedReviews.org.

The ReedReviews.org Web Site is offered to you on condition of your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the ReedReviews.org Web Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

It is agreed as follows:

‘You’ meaning, the clients or Registered Users of ReedReviews.org

‘We’ meaning, the operators of ReedReviews.org named as Reed Reviews

1. Registered Users must at all times notify Reed Reviews of any changes to their contact details or any other information that would be required to keep our records relevant. This can be done by logging into the website and updating your contact details in your listing and profile.

2. We agree not to sell or distribute your personal details with any third parties.

3. This agreement shall come into effect from the date of acceptance of creating your account as Registered User of the website. Your agreement to these conditions herein shall continue until cancellation of your account on Our website. Accounts can be deleted by logging into the website and navigating to Account, then scrolling to the bottom of the page, or by e-mailing us using the contact form at https://ReedReviews.org/Contact/

4. Reed Reviews have the right to amend the website and these terms at any time without prior notification.

5. By continuing to use this website you agree that you will not, under any circumstances, bring ReedReviews.org into disrepute and use the website in a method that it was not intended or attempt to access information from the website by unlawful or unauthorised means such as; manipulating the code i.e hacking, making use of account credentials that do not belong to you without prior consent of the owner.

5.1. You agree not to post illegal content or images; content/images that may be deemed illegal in your country/state/region. Examples of this include racist, sexist or other defamatory content that may single out or cause harm to an individual or group. In such cases, ReedReviews.org may amend or delete your account and any content related to your account. At our sole discretion we may use this as evidence against you in a court of law.

6.Reed Reviews, may at any time choose to terminate your account with us should we deem it necessary. No explanation is necessary for such deletions.

7. Nothing in the agreement creates a partnership, or the relationship of employer and employee between the parties involved.

8. We at Reed Reviews stress that in no way shall we be responsible for information pertaining to companies, services or their contact details that may be incorrect or incomplete. It is the sole responsbility of the Company listed to claim their listing and ensure that content listed is accurate and up-to-date.

9. We at Reed Reviews take no responsibility for the content of Reviews made by Users of the site, the content of the Reviews remains the property of the Reviewser, additionally this in no way reflects the opinions or views of the operators, directors or employees of ReedReviews. However, should a company take issue with Reviews left on their listing, they may report the Reviews so that we may consider if it is fair and should be removed.

10. Following payment of a chosen subscription package, the fee is non-refundable.

11. Reed Reviews will notify Users of the expiration of their subscription package. The User will then have the choice to re-subscribe or decline. We do not store your card details and will not take any payments automatically unless pre-agreed.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE

ReedReviews.org reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the ReedReviews.org Web Site is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the ReedReviews.org Web Site.

The Linked Sites are not under the control of ReedReviews.org and ReedReviews.org is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent an d subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be drawn up in English.

MODERN SLAVERY ACT

ReedReviews.org is fully aware that modern slavery is a serious crime that can take many forms including but not limited to forced labour, slavery, human trafficking and sex trafficking.

ReedReviews.org has a zero tolerance approach to Modern Slavery both in it’s own business and in dealing with clients, where such clients are allowed to post content onto the ReedReviews.org website. Any instances or suspected instances of Modern Slavery that is detected/reported to the operators of the ReedReviews.org website will be fully investigated and any findings passed onto the relevant authorities in the region.
